General Terms & Conditions
The colours of the boxes shown on our website are provided as a guideline, if you require more accurate confirmation of the colours and ribbons available please contact us for a swatch selection pack before placing your order.
We cannot accept return or refund of goods based on colour expectations taken from our website.
Box and ribbon colours may vary slightly from order to order due to printing colour variations on production but these will be minimal.
Sizes quoted are approximate +/- 2-3mm. Please do not order boxes for a specific size product unless you are sure it will fit, we cannot accept the return or refund of goods based on specific size requirements.
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis.
Our minimum order quantity is 48 boxes = 4 complete cases of 12 boxes any size combinations, excluding gift tags.
All boxes are supplied in single colours of 12 per case, except wine/champagne boxes.
We do not sell gift tags independently of boxes.
'Sexy' boxes are sold individually, if you are interested in larger volumes of 12pcs or more please contact us for trade prices.
Carriage & Handling
Goods are generally despatched every Friday from our warehouse on a standard 2-3 day courier service. Please allow a maximum of 10-12 working days for delivery but generally you will receive boxes within 7 days of order placement. The cut-off for orders dispatching on a Friday is 12.00 noon.
If you require goods for a specific date please contact us to make a special arrangement for dispatch.
Carriage costs are included on orders over the value of £150.00 excl. VAT
On order values of £64.80 - £149.00 excluding VAT carriage is charged at £9.50 + VAT for a 2-3 day service.
If you require an overnight delivery or a Saturday delivery please contact us for price confirmation as it will vary depending on the number of boxes you require.
Carriage costs are based on UK mainland delivery. For carriage costs outside this area please contact us for specific prices.
Guarantee and Returns
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If, however, you order the wrong item, or are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, you must arrange for them to be returned to us and providing they are received by us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving delivery, otherwise no claim will be entertained. We cannot accept claims for shortfall of goods delivered if you have signed to accept the full number of cartons but did not receive them. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Telephone customer services on 01582 499669. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
