Please do not think we are being mean because honestly we are not! Due to high demand we cannot send samples free of charge. We often receive upwards of 20 sample requests per day (£300.00+ of trade value stock per week!) and if we sent them free of charge we would soon have a thriving business and probably soon be out of business! This is primarily a trade website and we offer what we believe is an excellent service and a top quality product; you will not be disappointed! Please ask yourself if you would send free samples of your product to everyone who made an enquiry and I hope you will understand our predicament. We often have no way of discerning between companies who seriously intend to place an order for 48 boxes or more after sample evaluation, or individuals who simply want a single box by ordering a sample, so we hope you can help us by accepting what we feel is a fair charge and reasonable way of managing our business.
Samples of our wine/Champagne boxes, keepsake and standard gift boxes are charged at £7.00 each including postage and packing. Jewellery box samples are available at £5.00 each including postage and packing. Please provide details below on the samples you require or contact us for further information or in the event of query.
If having purchased a sample you place a subsequent bulk order with a value exceeding £200.00 in total (excluding VAT) we will issue you with a credit voucher for the sample of £5.00 against your order for wine/Champagne, keepsake and standard gift boxes or £3.00 for jewellery boxes. Please contact us with your details before placing your bulk order so we can issue you with a voucher number and password so you can receive the appropriate credit against your bulk order.
We are sorry but we cannot refund sample costs retrospectively if you do not contact us for the voucher number to receive the credit before you place your bulk order
