Delivery Information - Standard Plain Gift Boxes

Goods are generally despatched within 3 days of receipt of your order providing payment has been received.

Boxes are delivered by courier on a maximum 2-3 day sevice so allow 7 working days from placement of order to receipt of goods, if you have a more urgent delivery requirement please contact us direct.

Any damages or shortfall of goods delivered must be notified to us immediately upon receipt of goods.

**Please sign for goods as 'unchecked' if you are unsure of the condition of the contents.

Depending on the quantity of boxes you order, they may be despatched to you in more than one outer carton. Be sure to check the number of parcels being delivered and only sign for what you receive! In other words, if the delivery paperwork states 2 cartons and you only receive one, be sure to note this on the paperwork when you sign for the goods.
