Delivery Information
The price you pay generally covers a next day delivery service but it is not guaranteed. Most areas do receive delivery the next day but please allow up to 2-3 days, especially to more remote locations. If you have not received delivery by the third day from placing your order please contact us and we can track the delivery. Our cut-off time for despatch of boxes the same day as you place your order is 12:00 noon. If you place an order after this time then despatch will be the next working day. Despatches are made Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). If you need urgent, a guaranteed timed delivery or a Saturday delivery please contact us and we will advise you of the surcharge applicable.
Taking Delivery
Please only sign for what you have received! I know this seems a little obvious but if you sign for two packages and have only received one it makes it very difficult for us to track any missing packages. We try to accommodate requests to leave packages with neighbours or ‘please leave behind the gate if no reply’ (we’ve had some very strange requests!). However, please understand that these specific and sometimes complex delivery instructions are not always conveyed to the courier driver who is often very busy with many deliveries to make. Please try to ensure there will be someone available to take delivery of your goods at the address you specify as the delivery address as there is a risk involved in leaving goods other than to the delivery address you advise when you place your order.
Please notify any delivery shortages or damages to us immediately upon receipt.
Shipping to other locations
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Our website has several drop down country options but if you require delivery to a country not included please contact us and we will advise the relevant price based on the quantity you need. The shipping costs to other locations can vary dramatically depending on the type of service we use, how quickly you need the boxes and weight so please contact us with the details of what you would like to purchase and your full address so we can advise the best cost option to your location. Alternatively you are welcome to contact us for our warehouse address and arrange your own collection.
Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
provided the goods are received back to our warehouse in good condition. We
will pay for and arrange the return shipping if the return is a result of our
error (you received incorrect or defective/damaged products).
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your
package to the return shipper, or receipt of goods back to our warehouse; however,
in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Please do not simply
return items without advising us, as we may be unable to identify the returned
items and refund you.
If you need part replacement for damaged goods please contact us and we will advise the best options for arranging return/replacement.
If you need to return product for whatever reason please contact us so we can
advise you and make the necessary arrangements.
