Samples are dispatched the same day as ordered if we receive your order via our website before 1:30pm. Orders are dispatched Monday – Friday only.
Orders placed after 1.30pm, during a weekend or national holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Samples are dispatched via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available to take receipt of the package or delivery could be delayed.
Allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery.
Multiple samples will be combined together in a single package.
A swatch card showing all available box colours will be included automatically.
Samples are supplied flat packed in an individual cellobag and wrapped in a sheet of corrugated board to protect from transit damage.
The sample cost includes the box and courier cost.

If you would like to order large numbers of samples please contact us by e-mail with the details of your requirements so we can give you a discount code to save on the courier cost for a combined delivery.
If you return to order a minimum of 24 boxes of the same box as the sample, we can credit you the bulk unit price of the gift box. Please contact us for a discount code to use at checkout before you purchase bulk.
Sample refunds cannot be issued retrospectively.

1000g greyboard (approx. 2.3mm thickness)
Covered fully inside and outside with 120gsm special copper pearl lustre finish paper, no lamination.
2.5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.
30cm length x 2.5cm width pre-fitted copper polyester grosgrain ribbon x 2 lengths per box.
Samples are identical to bulk stock.
Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions have a +/- 3-5mm tolerance.
