Delivery Information

Standard UK delivery is a Next Working Day service, though not guaranteed. Orders placed before 1:30pm Monday – Friday usually arrive the next working day. Please allow up to 2–3 working days for Northern Ireland, remote areas, or during busy periods such as pre-Christmas. If your delivery has not arrived by the third working day, please contact us to investigate further.

You will be sent tracking information to check the progress of your delivery.

Orders for accessories or swatch cards only may be dispatched via Royal Mail and may take 3–5 days for delivery.

Our cut-off for same-day dispatch is 1:30pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Dispatches are made Monday – Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.

For urgent or guaranteed delivery or Saturday delivery may be possible – please contact support@foldabox.co.uk to confirm availability and surcharge costs.

We cannot be held liable for delays beyond our control. All goods are dispatched in good condition, and we will refund or replace damaged goods, but we cannot accept claims for consequential loss.

Taking Delivery

Always check and sign for the packages you receive. Signing for multiple packages when only some have arrived makes it difficult to track missing items.

Ensure someone is available at the delivery address. If you are unavailable, the courier will leave a card with instructions to arrange re-delivery.

If you request parcels to be left in a 'safe place,' this is at your own risk. Notify us immediately of any shortages or visible damages. For evident transit damage, either refuse delivery or sign as unchecked noting the visible damage.

Claims may be refused if not notified within 3 days of delivery.

International Shipping

We can ship to most countries worldwide (with some exceptions). If your destination is not listed on the website drop-down options, contact us for a courier quote based on product, quantity, weight, and destination.

Shipping costs vary depending on urgency and consignment weight. Please provide product details and full delivery address for an accurate quote.

Returns Policy

New, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Gift boxes must be in original inner and outer packaging.

We do not refund the original delivery cost unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds are usually processed within two weeks of receipt of the returned goods, most often sooner. Please do not return goods without advising us, as this may delay your refund.

Returns should be sent to our Bedford warehouse. Foldabox® will cover return shipping only when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective items).

For part-replacement of damaged goods, or other return reasons, please contact us first so we can advise on the best process and resolution.

Do not return goods without a return code, as this may delay refund processing.

Orders over £200 net are subject to a £15 restocking fee deducted from the refund.

We cannot accept returns of defective goods after 30 days from delivery due to uncontrolled storage conditions. Please check deliveries carefully upon receipt to ensure you are fully satisfied.
