Sample Packaging & Delivery

All samples are supplied flat packed and carefully wrapped in protective corrugated board to prevent transit damage.
Multiple samples will be combined into a single package for convenience and cost-efficiency.
A swatch card showing all available box colours can be added to your order at checkout, so you can compare and select the perfect shade for your brand.
The price for a single sample includes picking, packing, and courier costs.
Samples are despatched the same day if ordered before 1.30pm (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).
All samples are shipped via trackable, signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available to receive delivery.
Next working day delivery is standard, but please allow 1–2 working days for delivery as timing is not guaranteed.

Important Notes About Samples

Samples cannot be printed.
Samples are identical to the bulk boxes but may come from a different production batch. Contact us if batch matching is critical for your project.
Check the size tolerance before creating inserts, decorative wraps, or other customised components.
