  • Samples are despatched the same day as ordered if we receive your order before 1.30pm.
  • Despatches are made Monday - Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Samples are despatched by a trackable, signed-for courier service.
  • Please ensure someone will be available to take delivery.
  • Samples are despatched on a next working day service but not guaranteed, please allow 1 - 2 working days for delivery.
