Double Bottle Gift Box Mailing Carton Samples

Order single or multiple samples of our Double Bottle Gift Box Mailing Cartons. These mailing cartons are designed to perfectly fit an assembled Foldabox® Double Bottle Gift Box, giving you a true representation of the bulk product before placing a larger order.

Sample Features

Identical to bulk stock.
Single-walled but thicker and denser than standard industry cartons.
Made from 150KTC corrugated board (~3.9mm thick) for superior strength.
Style Fefco 0203 with fully overlapping end flaps for extra corner protection.
Natural brown kraft finish.
Made from 67% recycled material and fully recyclable.

Usage Recommendations

You will need to seal both ends with parcel tape (not included).
We recommend using the polybag supplied with the flat-packed gift box as a buffer between the top of the gift box lid and the mailing carton to prevent surface scuffing, especially on black and pearl finish boxes.
Polybag can be slit on two sides to create a larger wrap if required.
We cannot guarantee the security of your products inside; a test mailing is advised to ensure safe arrival.

The courier cost for a sample is included in the sample price. If you wish to order multiple samples, we can offer a discount for grouping them in a single delivery.

Useful Sample Discount Information

If you would like to order larger numbers of sample gift boxes (3 or more total), please contact support@foldabox.co.uk with the details of your requirements. We will provide a discount code to reduce the combined courier cost.
You must provide the SKU number or product description of the items you require, the quantity of each, and the delivery address so that we can issue the correct discount code for use at checkout.

Useful Sample Delivery Information

Samples are dispatched the same day if your order is received before 1.30pm Monday–Friday on a next day service.
Orders placed after 1.30pm, during a weekend, or on a national holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Sample gift boxes, or boxes combined with accessory items, are dispatched via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid delays.
Allow 1–2 working days for delivery.
Multiple samples will be combined in a single package where possible.
A swatch card showing all available box colours (does not include SoftBox colours) can be added to your order at checkout.
Samples are supplied flat packed and wrapped in a sheet of corrugated board or a mailing carton to protect them during transit.
The sample cost includes the item, picking, packing, and delivery cost.
