Refund policy

Policy

Thank you for shopping with Foldabox. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your stock gift box order, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Please review the terms below for eligibility and instructions.

Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in new condition, and returned in all original packaging, including any inner and outer cartons supplied with your order.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@foldabox.co.uk to request return instructions. Do not return goods without first contacting us. 

  2. Once you’ve received instructions, pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include a copy of your order confirmation.

  3. Ship the return to:

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product delivery is a result of our error.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable or courier service to return your parcel, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund, store credit, or exchange.

  • Please allow up to 14 days from receipt for processing.

  • Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

  • We will confirm your return and provide a copy of the refund transaction for your records.

Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

  • Custom designed boxes

  • Made-to-order products

  • Custom printed stock boxes

  • Used or assembled boxes not in original packaging

Please Note:  

  • A £15.00 restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of £200.00

  • Foldabox will pay return shipping if goods are faulty or an incorrect delivery as a result of our error.
