Rustic White SoftBoxes are manufactured from 540gsm dye-through kraft board with a soft matt finish inside and out. Because the colour runs throughout the board rather than being surface printed onto white board, the material has a consistent appearance through its folded edges and crease lines.
Ordering a sample allows you to assess the White shade under your own lighting, feel the unlaminated surface and see how it coordinates with your products, logo colours, ribbon and other packaging components before ordering larger quantities.
Test the SoftBox Construction
SoftBoxes are premium folding gift cartons rather than traditional rigid greyboard gift boxes. They are supplied flat packed for efficient storage and incorporate a secure slot-lock base for straightforward assembly.
Your sample allows you to assemble the box yourself and assess the substantial 540gsm board, unlaminated matt surface, slot-lock construction and overall finished presentation before deciding whether the format is right for your packaging requirements.
Check Product Fit Before Ordering
Use your sample to test your intended products inside the box and assess the usable internal space before purchasing in bulk. You can also experiment with product positioning and determine how much additional room you require for tissue paper, protective packing or other presentation materials.
If you intend to manufacture custom inserts, belly bands or other fitted components, we recommend using a sample during the development process to assess approximate fit. Normal manufacturing tolerances apply, so where precise fit is essential, we recommend having your final bulk boxes in hand before manufacturing fitted components.
Changeable Grosgrain Ribbon
Rustic White SoftBoxes are supplied with a coordinating 2.5cm wide grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon threads through three discreet slots in the lid rather than being permanently fixed to the box, allowing it to be removed and replaced with another colour.
The neutral White box makes a particularly adaptable base for custom presentation. Alternative ribbon colours can be used to coordinate the same box with different brand palettes, product collections, campaigns, seasons or events.

- If exact batch matching is important, please contact us before placing your bulk order
- Samples cannot be custom printed or personalised
- Samples are supplied flat packed and wrapped in protective corrugated board to help prevent transit damage
- Multiple samples will be combined into a single package where possible
- A swatch card showing our gift box colours can be added to your order at checkout
Sample Price Includes Delivery
The price shown for an individual sample includes the sample box, picking, packing and courier delivery cost, so there is no additional standard delivery charge to add at checkout for a single-sample order.
Ordering three or more samples? Multiple samples can usually be combined into a single package, reducing the combined delivery cost. Please contact us before ordering three or more samples so we can apply the appropriate discount to reflect the consolidated courier charge.
Sample Despatch & Delivery
- Orders received before 1:30pm are normally despatched the same working day
- Despatch takes place Monday–Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays
- Multiple samples will be combined into a single package where possible
- Samples are sent using a trackable, signed-for courier service
- Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery
- Samples are despatched on a next-working-day service, but delivery is not guaranteed; please allow 1–2 working days
