  • All samples are supplied flat packed and wrapped in protective corrugated board.
  • Multiple samples will be combined into a single shipment where possible.
  • Orders placed before 1:30pm are despatched the same working day.
  • Despatch days: Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
  • Sent via a trackable, signed-for courier service.
  • Please ensure someone is available to accept delivery.
  • Delivery is typically next working day (not guaranteed).
  • Samples cannot be printed or customised.
