Supplied with a length of 80cm x 2.5cm width matching dark charcoal grey grosgrain ribbon.
The ribbon isn't permanently fixed to the box so you can add a different ribbon colour or a decorative closure.
Alternative colour ribbon or decorative closures can be purchased separately.
Samples cannot be printed.
Samples are the same as bulk stock but may be from a different batch. If you plan to add your own insert, or your product contents are exact, please be aware of possible manufacturing tolerances.

Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced.
Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.

DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.

24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

Recycling is important but it should be the last resort after many years of useful purpose, not the first thing on a customer's mind when they receive their gift.

♻️ Foldabox® Eco Credentials

Foldabox® gift boxes are crafted with sustainability in mind, using materials that are approximately 92% recycled by product weight.

The greyboard (the rigid inner board that forms the box structure) is AAA grade, 100% recycled and certified.

The artpaper used on our Black, White, Pale Pink, and Pale Blue boxes, as well as the special papers used for other colours, are certified sustainable.

Our Natural Kraft Gift Boxes use kraft paper that is 60% recycled. Due to material limitations, 100% recycled kraft paper cannot be used as it tends to crack along the joints.

The paper used on our Black, White, Pale Pink, and Pale Blue boxes is finished with a matt PP lamination, which should ideally be removed before recycling.

Note: Our Black and White Single and Double Bottle Boxes, and Black and White No Magnet Boxes are unlaminated, requiring no paper removal prior to recycling - only the ribbon on slot-closure versions should be removed.

We recommend removing magnets, ribbons, and decorative closures before recycling. While ribbons are technically recyclable, we encourage reusing or donating them where possible.

The courier cost for a sample is included in the sample price. If you wish to order multiple samples, we can offer a discount for grouping them in a single delivery.

Useful Sample Discount Information

If you would like to order larger numbers of sample gift boxes (3 or more total), please contact support@foldabox.co.uk with the details of your requirements. We will provide a discount code to reduce the combined courier cost.
You must provide the SKU number or product description of the items you require, the quantity of each, and the delivery address so that we can issue the correct discount code for use at checkout.

Useful Sample Delivery Information

Samples are dispatched the same day if your order is received before 1.30pm Monday–Friday on a next day service.
Orders placed after 1.30pm, during a weekend, or on a national holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Sample gift boxes, or boxes combined with accessory items, are dispatched via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid delays.
Allow 1–2 working days for delivery.
Multiple samples will be combined in a single package where possible.
A swatch card showing all available box colours (does not include SoftBox colours) can be added to your order at checkout.
Samples are supplied flat packed and wrapped in a sheet of corrugated board or a mailing carton to protect them during transit.
The sample cost includes the item, picking, packing, and delivery cost.
