  • Dispatch is made the same day as you order, if we receive your order on-line via our website before 1.30pm Monday – Friday.
  • Orders received after 1.30pm, during a weekend or national holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery costs are weight based. Once you have added all the items to your basket you can proceed to checkout and confirm the courier cost calculated on your total basket weight before progressing to payment. 
  • Delivery is made via a signed-for courier on a next working day service but this is not guaranteed. 98% of deliveries are made the following day but more remote locations, or during busy times, delivery can take 2-3 days. Delivery to Northern Ireland can take 3-4 days. 
  • Accessory items are designed to be ordered together with gift boxes. If you order accessories only they will be despatched via post not courier and can take 3-5 days to deliver.
  • Swatch card only orders will be despatched via post.
  • We offer the option for guaranteed and timed delivery but please ensure your order is placed before 1.30pm cut-off in order for this timing to be effective for delivery the next day.
  • Delivery is via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address you provide or delivery could be delayed, especially residential home deliveries.
  • Please only sign for the number of packages you physically receive. Your consignment may be made up of multiple packages.
  • Do not sign for, or take delivery of evidently damaged packages.
  • If you opt to change the delivery details or, 'leave in a safe place' via the tracking link, please be aware this is at your own risk. 
  • Revisions to the original delivery information you provide can result in a delay or may not be possible. 
  • It may not be possible to change or cancel your order once placed, depending on where in the automated picking process your order is. Even if your order had not physically left our warehouse, it may be picked and packed on one of multiple pallets ready for despatch. 
  • We cannot be held liable for refund, credit or compensation due to delivery delays beyond our control. Goods are despatched in good condition and good faith, we will refund or replace damaged goods but cannot accept claims of compensation or consequential loss.
  • Please order goods in plenty of time to avoid missing your own customer commitments. 
  • Contact Support immediately or complete our on-line Delivery Query Form if you have any queries regarding your delivery, or a delivery shortage.
  • Please notify us of any damage or defects within 7 days of delivery.
