Samples

• Sorry, we cannot send samples free of charge due to the very high number of daily requests.
• You can buy individual or multiple samples of any gift box.
• Samples cannot be printed.
• Samples are the same as bulk stock but may be from a different batch. If you plan to add your own insert, or your product contents are exact, please be aware of possible manufacturing tolerances.
• Contact us prior to ordering bulk if batch matching is important.
• We recommend you buy a sample before buying bulk to ensure the box colour, size and quality meet your requirements.
• There is a ‘Buy Sample’ button on every individual Product Page, or navigate from the top menu under ‘Samples’ listed by sample box size or colour.
• The individual sample charge includes the box, picking, packing and courier cost.
• If you require larger numbers of samples (three or more) of the same or different gift box samples contact Support for a discount code to reduce the combined package courier cost.
• If you return to order a minimum of 24 boxes (2 cartons) of the same box as the sample, we can credit you the bulk unit price of the gift box (excluding courier cost & VAT). This excludes custom printed box orders.
• Contact Support for a discount code to use at checkout before you place your bulk order.
• Sample credits cannot be issued retrospectively and can only be used once.
