General Terms & Conditions
The colours of the boxes shown on our website are provided as a guideline and are accurate in terms of photography but may vary depending on the type and resolution of your own computer. If you require more accurate confirmation of the colours and ribbons available please contact us for a swatch selection pack before placing your order. We supply swatch packs free of charge. We cannot accept return or refund of goods based on colour expectations taken from our website.
Box and ribbon colours may vary slightly from order to order due to printing colour variations on production but these will be minimal. Sizes quoted are approximate +/- 2-3mm. Please do not order boxes for a specific size product unless you are sure it will fit, we cannot accept the return or refund of goods based on specific size requirements. There is accurate information on the specifications tabs for each box with details of the box sizes when flat, erected, outer carton sizes and weight etc. You may also order a sample to verify all details meet your requirements before placing your bulk order.
Minimum Order Quantity
Goods are not supplied on a sale or return basis. Our minimum order quantity is 12 boxes = 1 complete case of 12 boxes any size. All boxes are supplied in single colours of 12 per case, sorry we cannot split or mix colours within each 12pcs. You can order a single sample for evaluation before placing a bulk order. Our MOQ for Mailing Cartons is a case of 24.
Carriage & Handling
Goods are generally despatched every day Monday - Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) from our warehouse in Bedford on a next working day service (does not include Saturday). This service is not guaranteed and you should allow up to 2-3 days depending on your location and especially to more remote areas or during peak times such as Christmas. The cut-off time for orders despatching on the same day your order (delivering to a UK mainland addresses) is 1.15pm.
If you require goods for a specific date please contact us to make a special arrangement for guaranteed next day, or select a timed delivery from the drop-down menu on the cart page.
Our website does offer delivery to overseas locations, please contact us if you require delivery to a country not currently showing carriage costs via the drop down country menu on the cart page.
Guarantee and Returns
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If, however, you order the wrong item, or are not completely satisfied with the items you receive, you can arrange for them to be returned to us and providing they are received by us in good condition, we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us and we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking/ handling fee.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 3 days of receiving delivery, otherwise no claim will be entertained. We cannot accept claims for shortfall of goods delivered if you have signed to accept the full number of cartons but did not receive them. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged. Telephone customer services on 01582 499669. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Sorry but we cannot accept the cost for any consequential losses as a result of the delivery of incorrect products, damaged or faulty goods, or failure to deliver to a specific deadline.
We promise to take every reasonable care with your order, ensuring the correct goods are despatched and delivered as you expect.
Some of our procedures involve manual/human intervention or are reliant on 3rd parties, such as Royal Mail and couriers and as such, we cannot be held liable for any failings on their part.
