Useful Tip: Cut out a piece of paper to the internal footprint size of the box 22cm x 16cm to check your products fit within. It isn’t an exact science but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles, or you can fold soft items and use a ruler to check the required height to fit within 9.5cm.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high quality paper covering.
- 1200g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.7mm thickness)
- Covered fully inside and outside with 120gsm special matte gold pearl finish paper.
- No lamination.
- 5cm depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures.
- 4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.
- 80cm length x 2.5cm width gold custom dye polyester grosgrain ribbon pre-threaded through box body slot.
- Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced.
- Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.
- Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

How Do Magnetic Gift Boxes Stay Closed?
Magnetic gift boxes contain small magnets in the front closure flap and metal discs inside the box body. When the flap closes, the magnets align with the discs and hold the box securely shut with a satisfying snap-shut closure.
Is There a Weight Limit for Foldabox® Gift Boxes?
Our larger gift boxes are strong enough to hold several kilograms, making them suitable for gift hampers and heavier products. If your items are particularly heavy, we recommend ordering a sample first to confirm the box meets your requirements.
Can Each Gift Box Be Printed With a Different Name or Design?
No. Our printing methods require a set-up process, so all boxes in a print run must use the same design. The minimum order quantity for printed boxes is 24 units.
Many customers personalise boxes individually using vinyl transfer machines such as supplied by Cricut.

DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.

- Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide. Follow the easy steps to submit your details and progress an order.
- 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
- Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
- Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

- Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

- Delivery is via signed-for courier, usually FedEx or DHL, ensuring safe and trackable delivery.

- Yes, we offer discounts based on the total net value of your order, excluding carriage and VAT.

- We sell B2B. Prices on our website are wholesale trade prices.
- Discounts apply to plain stock boxes ordered via the website.

- Bulk order value discounts cannot be combined with a 10% charity discount or any other targeted discount offer. Our website only allows one discount code to be used per order.

Useful Sample Information for All Gift Boxes
- You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.

Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.

- We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
- If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.
- Click the ‘Buy Sample’ pink button on any individual Gift Box or Mailing Carton Product Page, or select ‘Samples’ from the main navigation menu.
- The individual sample price includes the item, picking, packing, and courier cost.
