This modular approach allows the same core XL Deep Gift Box to be adapted for different clients, Christmas ranges, corporate programmes or promotional campaigns simply by changing the decorative side panels, tissue paper, ribbon and branding — particularly useful for businesses managing multiple gifting projects or shorter seasonal production runs.
Each rigid decorative panel is precision sized to fit within the naturally recessed sides of the assembled XL Deep Gift Box. Simply remove the release papers from the pre-applied adhesive strips and position one panel on each side. Once fitted, the panels sit flush within the box structure, creating an integrated two-tone finish that appears custom manufactured rather than surface decorated.
Please note: When fitting FAB Sides® to textured gift boxes, additional hot melt glue may be required to ensure secure adhesion.
