Developed exclusively by Foldabox®, FAB Sides® provide a flexible and cost-effective alternative to fully bespoke gift box production, avoiding the associated manufacturing lead times and minimum order quantities. Stock XL Deep Gift Boxes can be adapted for different brands, products, clients and campaigns simply by changing the decorative side panels, tissue paper, ribbon and branding.
This modular approach also helps businesses reduce the need to hold multiple versions of large-format custom packaging. A core XL Deep Gift Box can be restyled for different projects or seasons while maintaining a consistent premium box format.
Each rigid decorative panel is precision sized to fit within the naturally recessed sides of the assembled XL Deep Gift Box. Simply remove the release papers from the pre-applied adhesive strips and position one panel on each side. Once fitted, the panels sit flush within the box structure for a clean, integrated finish that gives stock packaging the appearance of a specially produced design.
Please note: When fitting FAB Sides® to textured gift boxes, additional hot melt glue may be required to ensure secure adhesion.
