Add rich colour, tactile character and material contrast with Red Textured FAB Sides® decorative side panels, precision designed to fit all our A4 Deep Gift Boxes. The subtly pearlised leather-grain surface introduces texture and depth, transforming the recessed sides of the box into a distinctive design feature.
Wrapped in richly coloured textured paper with a subtle pearlised finish, Red Textured FAB Sides® combine the tactile character of an embossed leather-grain surface with a gentle light-reflective lustre. The texture gives the red greater visual depth than a conventional smooth paper finish, creating packaging that feels considered and premium without becoming overly decorative.
Red creates a confident accent against White, Black, Navy Blue, Ivory, Silver, Gold, Pewter, Bronze, Naked Grey® and Natural Kraft A4 Deep gift boxes. Pairing the textured red panels with contrasting or metallic boxes creates strong definition around the recessed sides and emphasises the structured two-tone construction.
For a more understated treatment, Red Textured FAB Sides® can also be applied to red gift boxes. The tonal colour combination allows the change in surface texture and subtle pearlised finish to provide the contrast, creating a sophisticated layered effect without introducing an additional colour.
Developed exclusively by Foldabox®, FAB Sides® provide a flexible and cost-effective way to transform standard stock gift boxes into distinctive branded packaging without the cost, minimum order quantities or lead times associated with fully bespoke manufacture.
Each rigid panel is precision cut to sit neatly within the naturally recessed sides of the assembled A4 Deep box. Pre-applied adhesive strips allow the panels to be positioned quickly and securely, creating an integrated finish that appears purpose-designed as part of the box construction.
By changing the side panels, ribbon and decorative details, the same core A4 Deep Gift Box can be adapted for different brands, product collections, campaigns or presentations without committing to a separate bespoke box production.
Please note: When fitting FAB Sides® to textured gift boxes, additional hot melt glue may be required to ensure secure adhesion.
Coordinate with tonally matched Dark Red Luxury Tissue Paper and complementary Red Ribbon and Decorative Closures to carry the rich red detailing through the complete packaging presentation.
Adding a red, gold or silver foil custom logo alongside Red Textured FAB Sides® creates a cohesive branded finish and provides another opportunity to coordinate the box with your wider brand palette.
