Developed exclusively by Foldabox®, FAB Sides® provide businesses with a flexible modular packaging solution that allows the same core XL Deep Gift Box to be adapted for different clients, products, campaigns and seasonal collections. Changing the decorative panels, tissue paper, ribbon and branding can create an entirely different presentation while retaining the convenience of stock packaging.
This makes FAB Sides® particularly useful for retailers, brands, creative agencies, corporate gifting companies and fulfilment operations managing multiple projects or shorter production runs, helping reduce the lead times, minimum order quantities and additional packaging inventory associated with commissioning separate custom-made boxes.
Each rigid panel is precision sized to sit neatly within the naturally recessed sides of the assembled XL Deep Gift Box. Pre-applied self-adhesive strips make application quick and straightforward: simply remove the release liners, position one panel on each recessed side and press firmly into place. Once applied, the panels create a clean, integrated two-tone finish with the appearance of specially manufactured packaging.
Please note: When fitting FAB Sides® to textured gift boxes, additional hot melt glue may be required to ensure secure adhesion.
