Order a Double Bottle Gift Box Mailing Carton Sample to check the size, fit and protective construction before purchasing bulk quantities. This purpose-made corrugated mailing carton is designed to fit an assembled Foldabox® Double Bottle Gift Box, providing an additional protective outer layer during storage, handling and delivery.
Sample mailing cartons are taken from the same stock as our bulk mailing cartons, allowing you to assess the board strength, construction and fit with your Double Bottle Gift Box before ordering larger quantities.
The carton has been specifically sized around an assembled Foldabox® Double Bottle Gift Box rather than using a generic mailing box. Its FEFCO 0203 construction incorporates fully overlapping end flaps to provide additional layers of corrugated board protection around the packed gift box and its corners.
Useful Tip: We recommend using the polybag supplied with your flat-packed Double Bottle Gift Box as a protective buffer between the gift box and the mailing carton. This helps reduce the risk of the gift box surface scuffing during transit and is particularly useful for Black and Pearl finish gift boxes.
If additional coverage is required, the polybag can be carefully slit along two sides and opened out to create a larger protective wrap around the gift box.
A sample allows you to test the complete packed combination before committing to bulk quantities. We recommend assembling the mailing carton with your Double Bottle Gift Box, bottles and any intended internal packaging in place so you can assess the overall fit and determine whether additional protection is required for your particular products.
Important: Packaging requirements vary according to the bottles, contents, weight, fragility, handling and delivery method. A sample cannot guarantee complete product protection, so we recommend carrying out a test mailing using your finished packed product and intended carrier before placing a bulk order.
