Order a single or multiple Medium Mailing Carton samples to test the fit and protective performance of your packaging before ordering in bulk.
This protective corrugated mailing carton is specifically sized to fit an assembled Foldabox® Medium Gift Box, providing an outer shipping layer for sending your presentation packaging by courier or post.
The carton provides a closely fitted protective outer layer around an assembled Medium Gift Box, helping to protect the presentation box from direct contact with courier handling, labels and external packaging during transit.
Both ends of the mailing carton require sealing securely with suitable parcel tape, which is not included.
We recommend using the polybag supplied with your flat-packed gift box as a buffer layer between the top of the gift box lid and the mailing carton. This helps reduce the possibility of surface scuffing during transit, particularly with black and pearl-finish gift boxes.
If required, the polybag can be slit along two sides to create a larger protective wrap around the gift box.
We strongly recommend carrying out a test shipment with your intended products and packing materials before sending customer orders. The mailing carton is designed to protect the compatible Foldabox® gift box, but the suitability and security of the complete packed product will depend on the contents, weight, internal packing and chosen carrier.
We cannot guarantee the security of individual products packed inside the gift box during transit.
