Made from substantial 540gsm dye-through board, it arrives flat for efficient storage and assembles into an impressive presentation box with an interlocking slot-lock base and ribbon-tied overlapping lid.

Ivory offers a softer alternative to pure white packaging. The delicate warm neutral works particularly well with natural, muted and tonal colour palettes while providing an elegant backdrop for stronger brand colours and decorative accessories.

Unlike a rigid paper-over-board gift box, this extra large gift carton is manufactured from substantial 540gsm dye-through kraft board, approximately 0.66mm / 660 micron thick.
The contemporary ivory matt finish requires no lamination, giving the packaging a clean, tactile appearance particularly suited to brands seeking a more natural or understated luxury aesthetic.
Because the XL Cube is supplied flat, it also offers an important practical advantage for businesses needing larger-capacity gift packaging without storing bulky pre-assembled boxes.
The base uses a manually assembled interlocking slot-lock construction. Individual base panels fold into position and engage with one another to form a secure base when the carton is erected.
This is not a glued crash-lock base. The carton is intentionally assembled by hand, allowing it to remain completely flat before use while providing a sturdy structure once correctly erected.
Each Ivory XL Cube is supplied with an 80cm x 2.5cm ivory polyester grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon threads through three narrow slots in the overlapping lid and can be easily removed and replaced.
Use the matching ivory ribbon for elegant tonal packaging or introduce a contrasting shade to coordinate the box with a brand identity, wedding palette, product collection or seasonal campaign.

Samples are manufactured to the same specification as bulk stock but may be supplied from a different production batch. If your product dimensions are critical, or you intend to manufacture a bespoke insert or closely fitted accessory, always test the physical box rather than relying solely on nominal dimensions.
