Useful Tip: Tape two sheets of A4 paper together, then trim to the internal footprint size (43.5cm x 32.5cm) to test your contents. This works well for fixed-size items such as bottles and boxed products, as well as folded soft items. Use a ruler to check the internal height of 19.5cm.

What Are the Boxes Made From?
All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core with high-quality paper covering.
- 1400g recycled greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness).
- Covered inside and out with 120gsm navy blue pearl lustre paper.
- No lamination.
- 10cm depth front flap with 2 concealed magnetic closures.
- 4 sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper coverings.
- 80cm x 2.5cm navy blue polyester grosgrain ribbon, pre-threaded through the front slot.
- Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced.
- Boxes are handmade; dimensions may vary by +/- 5mm.
- Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wraps without first buying a sample, to allow for size tolerance and ensure compatibility with the bulk order.

What Is the Best Gift Box Size for Hampers?
Our most popular hamper packaging sizes are XL Deep Gift Boxes and A3 Deep Gift Boxes, which provide generous space for gourmet food hampers and large gift sets.
Is There a Weight Limit for Foldabox® Gift Boxes?
Our larger gift boxes are strong enough to hold several kilograms, making them suitable for hampers and heavier products. If your items are particularly heavy, we recommend ordering a sample first to confirm suitability.
Can Each Gift Box Be Printed with a Different Name or Design?
No. Our printing methods require a set-up process, so all boxes in a print run must use the same design. The minimum order quantity for printed boxes is 24 units.
Many customers personalise boxes individually using vinyl transfer machines such as those supplied by Cricut.

DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.

- 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
- Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
- Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

- Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Useful Sample Information for All Gift Boxes
- You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.

Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.

- We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
- If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.

- The individual sample price includes the item, picking, packing, and courier cost.
