We provide both internal and external size information so you can check your products will fit before placing your order.
Useful Tip: Cut out a piece of paper measuring 15cm wide x 28cm long and crease it at 10cm and 18cm to form a triangular shape (10cm side panels with an 8cm base). This represents the internal size of the BoxBag® and is a helpful way to test the fit of rigid items such as candles, bottles or glassware, as well as soft items that can be folded.

Our folding gift boxes are all recyclable, but they are designed to promote reuse, repurposing and regifting for many years before they need to be recycled. Full Material Specifications
- 1200g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.7mm thickness) jacket (front, back and base), covered inside and out with 157gsm black flood-printed art paper with matt lamination.
- Folding sides using 400gsm art card, flood-printed black on the outside with matt lamination (white inside).
- Die-cut slots in the front and back of the jacket. Supplied complete with a 65cm x 2.5cm black grosgrain ribbon.
- Ribbon can easily be replaced to match your brand.
- 2 x 24cm x 5mm diameter black twisted rope handles with black plastic ends.
- Both ribbon and handles require quick and easy assembly.
- BoxBags® are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 5mm tolerance.
- Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and, ideally, ensuring you are in receipt of the bulk order.

DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.

- Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide. Follow the easy steps to submit your details and progress an order.
- 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
- Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
- Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

- Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Useful Sample Information for All Gift Boxes
- You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.

Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.

- We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
- If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.

- The individual sample price includes the item, picking, packing, and courier cost.
