We provide both internal and external sizes so you can check your products will fit before ordering.
Useful Tip: Use a piece of A4 paper to represent the internal footprint size of the box to test your products. It isn’t an exact science, but works well for fixed-size items such as glass bottles and boxed products, or even for soft items that need folding. Use a ruler to check the height.

All our gift boxes use AAA grade recycled greyboard at their core and high quality paper covering.
- 1400g recycled greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness)
- Covered fully inside and outside with 150g white kraft paper and with protective matt varnish.
- Full depth front flap with secure locking tab.
- No magnets.
- Double folding inner flaps front and back to keep the box assembled.
- Box can be unassembled again.
- No ribbon.
- Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 5mm tolerance.
- Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.

DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.

- 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
- Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
- Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

- Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

- We sell B2B. Prices on our website are wholesale trade prices.
- Discounts apply to plain stock boxes ordered via the website.

- Bulk order value discounts cannot be combined with a 10% charity discount or any other targeted discount offer. Our website only allows one discount code to be used per order.
- Unclaimed discounts cannot be issued retrospectively.
Useful Sample Information for All Gift Boxes
- You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.

Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.

- We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
- If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.

- The individual sample price includes the item, picking, packing, and courier cost.
