- 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
- Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
- Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

The courier cost for a sample is included in the sample price. If you wish to order multiple samples, we can offer a discount for grouping them in a single delivery.
Useful Sample Discount Information
- If you would like to order larger numbers of sample gift boxes (3 or more total), please contact support@foldabox.co.uk with the details of your requirements. We will provide a discount code to reduce the combined courier cost.
- You must provide the SKU number or product description of the items you require, the quantity of each, and the delivery address so that we can issue the correct discount code for use at checkout.
Useful Sample Delivery Information
- Samples are dispatched the same day if your order is received before 1.30pm Monday–Friday on a next day service.
- Orders placed after 1.30pm, during a weekend, or on a national holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
- Sample gift boxes, or boxes combined with accessory items, are dispatched via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid delays.
- Allow 1–2 working days for delivery.
- Multiple samples will be combined in a single package where possible.
- A swatch card showing all available box colours (does not include SoftBox colours) can be added to your order at checkout.
- Samples are supplied flat packed and wrapped in a sheet of corrugated board or a mailing carton to protect them during transit.
- The sample cost includes the item, picking, packing, and delivery cost.
