We provide internal and external size information so you can check your products will fit before placing your order.
Useful Tip: Cut out, or tape together a piece of paper to the internal footprint size of the box (33cm x 33.5cm) to check your products fit within. It isn’t an exact science but works well for fixed-size items such as bottles or boxed products, or you can fold soft items and use a ruler to check the required height to fit within 14.5cm.

- 1400g recycled AAA grade greyboard (approx. 3mm thickness)
- Covered fully inside and outside with 157gsm black flood printed art paper and anti-scratch matt lamination inside and out.
- 6cm half-depth front flap with 2 x concealed magnetic closures
- 80cm length x 2.5cm width black polyester grosgrain ribbon pre-threaded through front body slot
- Ribbon can be easily removed and replaced with an alternative colour
- 4 x sticky corners per box with easy-peel release paper to keep the box assembled
- Boxes are handmade; dimensions may vary by +/- 5mm
- Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to ensure size tolerance and correct fit

Yes, but assembly takes only seconds. The fold-flat construction quickly forms a strong rigid gift box.
Can I Buy Gift Box Samples Before Ordering Bulk?
Yes. You can purchase single or multiple samples of all gift boxes and mailing cartons to test size and quality before buying larger quantities. Check our Samples tab for more information and discounts on the courier cost for multiple sample orders.

Useful Branding Information for Adding Your Logo to Stock Gift Boxes

DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.
- Visit our Printing Page for example print images and detailed information on the various print techniques available.
- Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide. Follow the easy steps to submit your details and progress an order.
- 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
- Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
- Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

- Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
- Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
- Accessory only orders may be sent by Royal Mail and take longer.
- Delivery costs are weight-based and will be shown once all items are added to your basket.
- Delivery is via signed-for courier, usually FedEx or DHL, ensuring safe and trackable delivery.

- Yes, we offer discounts based on the total net value of your order, excluding carriage and VAT.

- We sell B2B. Prices on our website are wholesale trade prices.
- Discounts apply to plain stock boxes ordered via the website.

- Bulk order value discounts cannot be combined with a 10% charity discount or any other targeted discount offer. Our website only allows one discount code to be used per order.

Useful Sample Information for All Gift Boxes
- You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.

Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.

- We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
- If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.

- The individual sample price includes the item, picking, packing, and courier cost.
