We provide both internal and external sizes so you can confidently check product fit before ordering.

Useful tip: Cut paper to 25cm × 40cm and crease at 14.5cm and 25.5cm to create a test structure. This helps check fit for rigid items such as bottles or candles, as well as soft goods.

Do Luxury Gift Boxes Take Long To Assemble?

No. Boxes assemble literally in seconds whether they use sticky corners or inner folding flaps to keep them rigid.

Can I Add My Company Logo To These Gift Boxes?

Yes. Branding options include screen printing, digital printing, foil blocking and debossing from 24 boxes. Take a look at our Branding Pages for an instant quotation and technique example images.

Useful Branding Information for Adding Your Logo to Stock Gift Boxes

  • DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.
  • Visit our Printing Page for example print images and detailed information on the various print techniques available.
  • Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide. Follow the easy steps to submit your details and progress an order.
  • 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
  • Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
  • Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

Useful Delivery Information:

  • Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Accessory only orders may be sent by Royal Mail and take longer.
  • Delivery costs are weight-based and will be shown once all items are added to your basket.
  • Delivery is via signed-for courier, usually FedEx or DHL, ensuring safe and trackable delivery.

Do You Offer Discounts?

  • Yes, we offer discounts based on the total net value of your order, excluding carriage and VAT.

Do You Offer Charity Discounts?

  • We offer an automatic 10% discount to charities, hospitals and non-profits irrespective of order value.

General Discount Information

  • We sell B2B. Prices on our website are wholesale trade prices.
  • Discounts apply to plain stock boxes ordered via the website.
  • Order value discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other special price offers or promotions.
  • Bulk order value discounts cannot be combined with a 10% charity discount or any other targeted discount offer. Our website only allows one discount code to be used per order.
  • Unclaimed discounts cannot be issued retrospectively.

Useful Sample Information for All Gift Boxes

  • You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.
  • Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.
  • Samples are identical to bulk stock but may occasionally come from a different batch. See our Help Desk FAQ's for more information.
  • We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
  • If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.
  • Click the ‘Buy Sample’ pink button on any individual Gift Box or Mailing Carton Product Page, or select ‘Samples’ from the main navigation menu.
  • The individual sample price includes the item, picking, packing, and courier cost.
  • If you need three or more different samples, contact us for a discount code to reduce combined courier costs. Please specify the box names, quantities, and your delivery address.
