What Are Inner Folding Flap Gift Boxes?

Some gift boxes use glued corners to hold their structure, while others use full-depth inner folding flaps. This design creates a stronger, more luxurious construction and allows the box to be flattened again after use for easy storage and reuse.

Are Foldabox® Gift Boxes Made to Order?

No. The gift boxes shown on our website are manufactured in advance and available from stock for immediate dispatch. You can customise them with accessories or branding, but sizes and colours are fixed.

Useful Branding Information for Adding Your Logo to Stock Gift Boxes

  • DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.
  • Visit our Printing Page for example print images and detailed information on the various print techniques available.
  • Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide. Follow the easy steps to submit your details and progress an order.
  • 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
  • Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
  • Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

  • Orders placed online before 1.30pm Monday – Friday are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders received after 1.30pm, on weekends, or national holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

  • Yes, we offer discounts based on the total net value of your order, excluding carriage and VAT.

  • We offer an automatic 10% discount to charities, hospitals and non-profits irrespective of order value.

  • We sell B2B. Prices on our website are wholesale trade prices.
  • Discounts apply to plain stock boxes ordered via the website.

  • You can purchase individual or multiple samples of any gift box or mailing carton directly from our website.
  • Samples are not available for accessory items such as ribbons, tissue paper and wax seals.

  • We always recommend ordering a gift box sample before bulk purchase to ensure the colour, size, and quality meet your expectations.
  • If you order the wrong size or colour, return courier costs are not covered by us.
