Ivory A4 Luxury Document Presentation Box | DocuBox

Order single or multiple Ivory A4 Luxury Document Presentation Box samples – also known as a DocuBox – with changeable ribbon to evaluate premium quality before committing to a bulk order.

Soft and sophisticated, our Ivory A4 DocuBoxes bring subtle luxury to every presentation. This thin, rigid presentation gift box folder is ideal for weddings, hospitality, bespoke gifting, and luxury stationery.

Perfect for wedding invitations, stationery sample packs, interior design swatches, luxury proposals, or high-end corporate documents, these boxes ensure your materials are presented with elegance and style.

Use with a Wax Seal to replace the ribbon, or select an alternative ribbon colour from our extensive Ribbon Collection to match your branding.

Sample Box Features

  • 1200gsm rigid board jacket and rigid sides for a premium feel
  • Internal size accommodates documents up to 305mm x 230mm x 20mm
  • Two slots in front panel (1cm apart), can be covered with a wax seal
  • Magnetic front closure flap for secure and elegant presentation
  • Neat ribbon tab loop on the edge of the front flap for easy opening
  • Supplied with a length of matching ivory grosgrain ribbon
  • Alternative ribbon colours available to match your wedding or interior design theme
  • Samples cannot be printed
  • Samples are identical to bulk stock but may be from a different batch; manufacturing tolerances apply if adding inserts or precise contents
  • Contact us prior to ordering bulk if batch matching is important
  • 1200g recycled greyboard (approx. 2.7mm thickness)
  • Covered fully inside and outside with 120gsm ivory dye-though special paper.
  • No lamination.
  • Front closure flap finishes 1cm short with with 2 x concealed magnetic closures and ribbon tab loop for easy opening.
  • Rigid sides.
  • 73cm length x 2.5cm width ivory polyester grosgrain ribbon supplied inside the box to prevent creasing.
  • Ribbon can be easily replaced
  • Boxes are handmade and as a result dimensions may have a +/- 3mm tolerance.
  • Do not manufacture additional accessories such as inserts or band wrappers without buying a sample to allow for size tolerance and ideally ensure you are in receipt of the bulk.  

Useful Branding Information for Adding Your Logo to Stock Gift Boxes

  • DO NOT order boxes online by adding them to your basket and paying if you want a custom printed logo. Online orders are for plain, unbranded stock boxes only.

  • Complete the simple on-line print estimate for a quick price guide. Follow the easy steps to submit your details and progress an order.
  • 24 boxes per size is the minimum order for printing. Orders of 144 boxes or more (boxes are packed in 12s) are the most economical due to fixed origination costs, regardless of quantity.
  • Printing is offered on all gift boxes available from stock. Mailing cartons cannot be printed.
  • Allow approximately 1–3 weeks for custom printing from receipt of usable artwork and payment to delivery of printed boxes.

The courier cost for a sample is included in the sample price. If you wish to order multiple samples, we can offer a discount for grouping them in a single delivery.

Useful Sample Discount Information

  • If you would like to order larger numbers of sample gift boxes (3 or more total), please contact support@foldabox.co.uk with the details of your requirements. We will provide a discount code to reduce the combined courier cost.
  • You must provide the SKU number or product description of the items you require, the quantity of each, and the delivery address so that we can issue the correct discount code for use at checkout.

Useful Sample Delivery Information

  • Samples are dispatched the same day if your order is received before 1.30pm Monday–Friday on a next day service.
  • Orders placed after 1.30pm, during a weekend, or on a national holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Sample gift boxes, or boxes combined with accessory items, are dispatched via a signed-for courier service. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to avoid delays.
  • Allow 1–2 working days for delivery.
  • Multiple samples will be combined in a single package where possible.
  • A swatch card showing all available box colours (does not include SoftBox colours) can be added to your order at checkout.
  • Samples are supplied flat packed and wrapped in a sheet of corrugated board or a mailing carton to protect them during transit.
  • The sample cost includes the item, picking, packing, and delivery cost.
