Our shallow A4 DocuBox® presentation box combines the refinement of a luxury rigid gift box with the practical proportions of a premium document folder. Designed for documents, stationery, presentation materials and shallow product collections, it provides a substantial alternative to conventional folders, wallets and presentation packs.
The soft pale ivory finish creates an understated backdrop for corporate, hospitality, property, creative and luxury brand presentations, while the removable ribbon can be changed to coordinate the same box with different brand identities or projects.

The shallow DocuBox® format is designed for businesses that need considerably more presence and protection than a conventional presentation folder without the unnecessary depth of a standard gift box.

With an internal capacity of up to 305mm x 230mm x 20mm, the DocuBox® provides a slim presentation format for A4 documents and other shallow contents while retaining the structure and quality associated with rigid luxury packaging.
The box is manufactured with a substantial 1200g recycled greyboard jacket and rigid sides, creating a strong, defined presentation format rather than a flexible document wallet or folder.
A front closure flap incorporates two concealed magnets for secure closure, while a neat ribbon tab loop on the edge of the flap provides an easy opening detail.
The DocuBox® is covered fully inside and outside with special ivory dye-through paper. The ivory colour comes from the paper itself rather than a printed ink layer, creating a soft, true pale ivory appearance rather than a yellow or beige printed interpretation.
There is no lamination, allowing the natural matt character and tactile quality of the specialist paper to remain part of the finished presentation.

Each Ivory A4 DocuBox® is supplied with a 73cm x 2.5cm ivory polyester grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon is supplied loose inside the box to prevent creasing during storage and transport.
Two closely positioned slots in the front panel allow the ribbon to be threaded through the box for a coordinated ivory presentation. Because the ribbon is not permanently fixed, it can easily be replaced with another colour to complement corporate branding, project identities, events or individual presentation requirements.
Choose an alternative ribbon colour from our Ribbon Collection to create a different presentation using the same Ivory DocuBox®.
The two front ribbon slots are positioned approximately 1cm apart, allowing them to be covered with a decorative Wax Seal instead of using ribbon.
This provides another way to adapt the stock DocuBox® for corporate presentations, hospitality, property handovers, invitations and branded projects without altering the box construction.
