One of our largest gift box formats, the XL Deep provides exceptional capacity for large hampers, multi-product gift sets, clothing, homeware and corporate gifting. Its natural brown kraft finish offers an understated alternative to coloured or laminated packaging and works particularly well for artisan, natural and sustainability-conscious brands.

At approximately 350 x 350 x 150mm, the Natural Kraft XL Deep is designed for products and gift collections that need considerably more space than a standard gift box.
Its square footprint and 150mm depth provide useful capacity for arranging multiple products together, making it particularly suitable for:
The box is covered inside and outside with 160gsm recycled natural kraft paper, creating a warm, light brown finish with the characteristic appearance of uncoated kraft.
Unlike a printed kraft-effect colour, this is genuine natural kraft paper. It is supplied without lamination, retaining the tactile, understated appearance of the material.
The neutral kraft surface works particularly well with natural, artisan and minimalist brand aesthetics and provides a versatile base for your own branded presentation.
The XL Deep is manufactured using substantial 1400g recycled greyboard, approximately 3mm thick. Once assembled, this creates the strong, rigid presentation expected from premium gift and hamper packaging.
Despite its finished size and rigidity, the box is supplied flat, helping businesses reduce the storage space required for large-format packaging.
Rather than using adhesive corner tabs, the Natural Kraft XL Deep features double folding inner flaps at the front and back to hold the box firmly in its assembled form.
This construction allows the box to be assembled without sticky corners and unassembled again if required.
Because the folded inner assembly panels sit inside the box, the usable internal front-to-back dimension is fractionally smaller than other XL Deep boxes of the same nominal size. We therefore recommend checking a sample where product fit is critical.
A full-depth front flap with three concealed magnetic closures creates a secure, clean finish when the box is closed.
There is no ribbon or decorative closure, giving the Natural Kraft XL Deep a deliberately simple appearance that allows the kraft material and substantial proportions of the box to take centre stage.
