Made from substantial 540gsm dye-through board, the XL Cube combines the presentation of a luxury gift box with the practical storage advantages of a folding carton. It arrives completely flat and assembles into a spacious, sturdy cube with an interlocking slot-lock base and ribbon-tied overlapping lid.

Deep navy is an exceptionally versatile alternative to black gift packaging, offering the same sense of quality and sophistication with a softer, more distinctive character. The nearest Pantone match is PMS 2965C, creating a rich, inky blue that works particularly well for corporate, hospitality, food and drink, menswear and premium lifestyle gifting.

The Navy Blue XL Cube is manufactured from 540gsm dye-through kraft finish board, approximately 0.66mm / 660 micron thick. Unlike traditional rigid paper-over-board gift boxes, the SoftBox® construction allows this substantial carton to be stored flat until required.
The navy colour runs through the board rather than relying on a laminated surface covering, creating a contemporary matt finish with no lamination and no magnets.
For businesses producing larger gift sets or seasonal hampers, the flat-packed format can provide a significant storage advantage compared with keeping equivalent pre-assembled packaging in stock.
The XL Cube has a manually assembled interlocking slot-lock base. The individual base panels fold into position and engage securely with one another when the carton is erected, creating a sturdy base for the assembled gift box.
This is not a glued automatic crash-lock construction. The slot-lock design allows the carton to be supplied completely flat and assembled by hand when required.
Each sample is supplied with an 80cm x 2.5cm Navy Blue (Peacoat) polyester grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon feeds through three narrow slots in the overlapping lid to create an elegant decorative closure.
Because the ribbon is not permanently attached, it can be removed and replaced with another colour to coordinate with corporate branding, a product range, campaign or seasonal theme.

Samples are manufactured to the same specification as bulk stock but may be supplied from a different production batch. If your product dimensions are critical, or you intend to manufacture a bespoke insert or closely fitted accessory, always test the physical box rather than relying solely on nominal dimensions.
