Made from substantial 540gsm dye-through board, the XL Cube combines beautiful gift presentation with the practical advantages of folding carton construction. Sage green has become an enduring choice for premium packaging, combining the freshness of green with the versatility of a soft neutral. Our matt sage finish, with a nearest Pantone match of PMS 7748U, works beautifully with natural materials, botanical products and understated contemporary branding.

The Sage Green XL Cube is manufactured from 540gsm dye-through kraft finish board, approximately 0.66mm / 660 micron thick. This creates a very different style of packaging from a traditional rigid paper-over-board gift box while retaining the substantial feel required for premium presentation.
The sage green colour runs through the board, with a contemporary matt surface that requires no lamination. There are also no magnets, helping create a clean, material-led packaging aesthetic particularly well suited to natural and eco-conscious brands.
Its flat-packed format also makes the XL Cube considerably more space-efficient to store than an equivalent pre-assembled box – especially useful for businesses holding larger packaging formats for seasonal hampers, gifting campaigns or product launches.
The base features a manually assembled interlocking slot-lock construction. Individual base panels fold into position and engage with one another to form a secure and sturdy base when the carton is erected.
This is not a glued automatic crash-lock base. The carton is deliberately assembled by hand, enabling it to remain completely flat before use while creating a strong structure once correctly erected.
Each Sage Green XL Cube sample is supplied with an 80cm x 2.5cm Sage Green (Soft Pine) polyester grosgrain ribbon. The ribbon threads through three narrow slots in the overlapping lid to provide a simple and elegant decorative closure.
The ribbon is not permanently fixed, so it can be easily removed and replaced. Keep the tonal sage ribbon for a calm, coordinated presentation or introduce a contrasting colour to complement your branding, products, event or seasonal collection.

Samples are manufactured to the same specification as bulk stock but may be supplied from a different production batch. If your product dimensions are critical, or you intend to manufacture a bespoke insert or closely fitted accessory, always test the physical box rather than relying solely on nominal dimensions.
